Estimates based on continuous recording at the hours per day and days entered, for a single facility. Actual credits consumed depend on video availability. Multi-facility totals add one $75/mo platform fee per subscribed facility.
How pricing works
1 credit = 1 camera-hour
When you process video, one credit is consumed per camera per hour of footage. A 10-camera store running 12 hours of video consumes 120 credits per day - about 3,600/month on Pay As You Go and Subscription.
The platform fee is per facility
Subscription is a flat $75/month per facility, whatever the camera count. Enterprise is also priced per facility, on custom terms.
Pay As You Go: 30-day window
Analytics from processed video are accessible for 30 days from the processing date. After that, the data expires. You can reprocess older footage by purchasing credits - as long as you still have the source video.
Subscription: cancel anytime
There's no lock-in. Access to Onsights telemetry expires when you cancel - your analytics history is tied to an active subscription. The longer you subscribe, the deeper your baseline grows.
Data APIs require an Enterprise license
Programmatic access to your telemetry - the data API and CSV downloads - is available only with an Enterprise license. Pay As You Go and Subscription use the analytics platform and report suite.
Send your highest quality
A credit is one camera-hour - always. Whether you send full HD or 4K, 15fps or 30fps, the cost is the same. Quality doesn't change the price. If your camera system or VMS gives you a choice, choose the best configuration available. Downsampling or reducing frame rate saves nothing credit-wise - it only reduces the quality of everything downstream.
