# Onsights

> Onsights is a privacy-first, in-facility analytics platform. It delivers anonymous, facility-wide movement telemetry from the cameras you already own, so you can prove how people move, dwell, and respond inside physical spaces. No identity tracking, no new hardware needed, live within two days. No faces or raw footage are stored; only anonymous movement data is kept.

Onsights = "on-site" + "insights". It is the physical-world equivalent of web analytics: a funnel for the store floor - turning CCTV cost centers into profit centers.

## What it measures
- Advertising impressions: who actually saw which advertisement, where they went next, and whether they bought.
- Employee interaction: where customers interacted with an employee, for how long, and where.
- Purchase detection: where purchases were made - and everywhere purchasers went but didn't buy.
- Customer journeys: real paths and store-visit sequences across the floor.
- Footfall & impressions: unique shoppers over time, plus everyone in the storefront "opportunity area".
- Dwell time: how long visitors spend, per region and per store.
- Capture rate: who enters versus who walks past.
- Cross-shopping: probability that visiting one store leads to visiting another.
- Missed capture: passers-by lost to neighboring stores.

## Onboarding (easiest and fastest in the industry)
1. Configure the Onsights cloud connector for your existing CCTV/VMS.
2. Customize your floorplan and mark the regions you care about.
3. Onsights does the rest - no specialized hardware, no survey, no new cameras, no servers to maintain, no hidden costs. Live within two days.

## How it works
1. Your existing VMS/CCTV streams into a cloud archive - your own VMS cloud archive or Onsights' partner Wasabi. No new cameras, servers or software.
2. The Onsights AI pipeline (detection, tracking, cross-camera re-identification, high-resolution foot-point geolocation) processes video in a secure cloud; data is encrypted at rest and in transit; raw footage is discarded after processing - no PII, no facial recognition.
3. Anonymous tracks are mapped onto the customer's floorplan via proprietary 3D modeling (buildings, floors, stores, entrances).
4. Insight is consumed through the Onsights analytics platform (KPIs, trends, reports); Enterprise plans add cross-facility comparative reporting, a data API, and CSV downloads.

## Pricing model
$2.50 per credit on Pay As You Go and Subscription, where 1 credit = 1 camera-hour of video processed. Plans differ in the monthly per-facility platform fee and features:
- Pay As You Go: no platform fee, no commitment. Analytics available for 30 days after processing. Up to 10 facilities, 5 user seats, standard report suite.
- Subscription: $75 per facility per month, flat - any camera count. Unlimited facilities, 10 user seats, full analytics history while subscribed, plus comparative reports within a facility. Cancel anytime.
- Enterprise: custom pricing, set per facility - no published rates. Adds cross-facility comparative reports and benchmarking, data API access, and CSV downloads. Data APIs are available only with an Enterprise license.
